Bought this model direct from YT and started the build back in November 2008 and completed it mid February. Good kit and it went together well apart from one tiny problem.

Well the first of March dawned sunny, warm and calm, so some of us decided it was way past time for a trip to the strip - the first of the year for many in the club, only bettered by two of our more senior members who are obviously made of sterner stuff than us young 'uns!

NLMFC on tour - BMFA Northern Area Fly-in 22nd February 2009

A few of our members, well the ones who didn't have to work or recuperate from a stint underwater in Norway, ventured off again to the BMFA Northern Area Fly-in at dishforth on the 22nd February 2009. The weather forecast was windy but fine but hey after the atrocious weather so far this year a glimmer of hope was all the plethora of folk needed to turn out....

RC Lander Rafale - Build and Fly Review

RC Lander followed up their immensely popular F9F Panther with a Twin EDF version of the Dassault Rafale (English: Squall). The full size is a French twin-engined delta-wing highly agile multi-role fighter aircraft, it was produced both for land-based use with the French Air Force and for carrier-based naval operations with the French Navy. Although the full size was marketed for foreign sale no orders were ever received, luckily the model has not suffered the same fate and no wonder, its a beaut.

A few of our members, well the ones that didn't have the lurgy, ventured off to the BMFA Northern Area Fly-in at Dishforth on the 28th December 2008. We met up at the gatehouse at 10:00am and after gingerly asking a man with a very big gun where to sign in we were off ......
